This was a very interesting post. I know who Bochco is. I watched many episodes of NYPD Blue. But I do agree that when creativity fails, we shouldn't put someone down or make them feel bad if the idea or project fails. I do think that happens a lot when it shouldn't. As a team, all team members should work together to encourage one another when a project doesn't go as it should. I enjoyed reading this, Nir. Thanks so much for sharing. I especially loved the video. It was hilarious. I probably would have watched a show like Copp Rock.
